SD card cant be found after installing software update!

Help! I just updated my system software and my phone cant see my SD card anymore! Does anyone know what I can do? all my media is gone and none of the options are open in system settings becasue the phone can no longer see the card. What can I do?

Found a soultion! A friend of mine had the same problem and he suggested I try rebooting it like 10 times until the phone sees the car again... I didnt think it world work but around try number 6 it started up and found the card with all my data still intact. Man I almost had a heart attack there!

Wait did you already get the Android 2.3.4 update for Xperia? I thought Sony wasn't going to release that until some date in october? Is it already out where you are?
