Battery gets very hot when charging..

I've had other androids and they've never gotten this hot while charging. Can't be good.

If it's not over 70°C (~158°Fahrenheit) it's completely normal
Actually phones normally shut down the charging process if it's hotter.

Most Android phones tend to get really hot normally because of the combination of high-end electronics and small bodys that most Android phones have. Check your manual to see what the operating temp. range is. That will give you a better idea if you're phone is getting too hot. I've heard of Galaxy S2 getting up to 40 degrees for their normaly operating range.

Wow up to 70? Thats crazy hot but if its designed to run that way at least i can use it as a footwarmer in the winder :D
