Downloaded game only plays once.

I purchased the Montezuma game,and after a successful download I played and enjoyed the game, but the next time that I accessed it, the initial screen appeared and seemed to be starting up but returned to my Odys Xtreme Android tablet's menu screen. I tried once more but the same thing happened. I uninstalled it and got a refund, then repurchased and reinstalled it. The game played once more but would not play a second time as before. I cannot uninstall and repurchase it again, so I am left with a game which has been payed for but cannot use. Any advice would be appreciated.
