I've only use the phone for 1 day but phone hang/froze on me 5 times already. When it hang, it start to vibrate & does not stop. Please help!

First off, what version of Android are you running? Go to Settings and Phone Info.
Although it could be a software problem that could be fixed with the latest firmware, I am afraid it is also very likely that the hardware itself is simply defect and must be returned to the store.

i m having htc chacha for 1 month .. yesterday i was using internet pass through suddenly it hanged then i turned it off but still got the same prob ...displayed "no service".. i took my sim card and sd card out n blew but it did'nt response... what can i do to resolve this problem ?
