Sadly, I have not heard of this Tablet. Have a look on the net and look for key words like "root"...

It is being shipped but I have been reading that it doesn't contain the real Android market. I don't know if this is true or not however it was extremely inexpensive.

If it's a cheap tablet from China there is a good chance that it doesn't have the real android market on it as Google is often reluctant to enter into sales deals with lower-end devices but wait and see. There are always ways to get access to Android apps like loading them from an SD card or trying a 3rd party market.
