htc cha cha problem with music

i cant listen to my songs.when i go to the file "music" ,a message appears saying that the memory is full and that i should delete some files....the problem is that i have SD card with 2 GB free memory...

Your internal memory is probably full. I'd try moving music and apps to your SD card to help free up space. That should help fix your problem with your HTC chacha. Try the program a super tool box. It has a great File Mananger for Android that works like a charm.

thanks the programm really helps!! any idea how to move applications from the internal memory to the SD card?? or how can i delete some? like google email

Unless you root your phone you can't delete Gmail because its preinstalled but if you want to move apps to your SD card open a super tool box and select app2sd from the main menu. You can then select apps and move them one by one to the SD card.
