Licensing Implementation

Hello,

I'm trying to implement Android PIT License Verification but it drives me crazy. My findings:

1) I'm getting dialog like this in emulator . How to confirm it? There are no OK/Cancel buttons

2) How test enabled/disabled license for particular app? From dialog at you can set status for all apps?

3) How to test application that is not on the Android Market yet? I'm going to have separate APK on AndroidPIT that will not have it's Android Market mirror. Is it even possible?

I spent some time with investigation and I found following:

1) Strange dialog was caused by mangling in R.layout.* So instead of main.xml there was used layout from LVL project

2) Response seems to related to my Account only. Not proven but I guess it is true.

3) Is still not answered.
