Using Kindle fire outside US

This a real pain in the ass. Why can't we buy apps from the amazon app store if we are outside US? but still can buy ebooks, does anybody happen to know if they're planning to eliminate this stupid restriction? If people outside US can actually pay why are they not taking advantage out of it?

This probably won't happen that soon because each conty has other copy right rules. Until there are unified standards we're going to have to wait I think.... sucks I kno!

Hi, why don't you try a German amazon store? It deliveres goods to countries where the American doesn't.
