i got my phone about a month ago or maybe two, it started happening about 2 weeks ago, when i try and text my friends i press of the 'Sym' button to get a full list of the symbols, i chose the symbol i wanted and then closed the symbol window, but no matter how hard i try the 'blue explonation mark' won't disappear! it happened alot but it dissappeared when i turned it off and on. i hear people having the same problem but they dont get aby anwsers! please help , p.s the back cover is a torture to open so please dont tell me to take the battery out
