using device SMS utility.

3. Configuration for School Canvas's SMS Center.
4. SMS Data Protocol Format.
5. Procuring Verisign certification and integrating with the product ( code-signing ) as an entrust to
the user on the behavior of the product on his handset.
6. Should be extensible so that we can add other features like Scholastic/Marks etc.
