can't download anything

My huawei honor can't download anything these few weeks. it's said "could not be downloaded due to an error. (500)" or ".... (927)"
Anyone know why?

Were you previously able to download or has this been an issue since you first got the phone? Is your Huawei Honor rooted?

I just bought it 3 months ago and has no problem. but since 2 weeks ago can't download anything but still able to use internet/ browsing

IHi,

I assume you mean the Play Store or Google Market... Do the following:

Navigate to menu - applications - manage applications - all

Then search for the Play Store and delete Cache and Data. Usually this should help :lol:

Try doing what Andreas suggested, but after clearing caches, force stop the app in the settings and then restart it from your app drawer.

Could you check how much internal memory you have left on your phone. It could be that there isn't enough free to download an application...

And if that doesn´t work, go to manage Applications and delete the updates. Otherwise your only and last option ist to do a factory reset, but you will lose all data :(

Hi Andreas,

I have bought Huawei Honor 6 2 weeks back and I am facing the same issue. I am unable to download anything from Play Store. I have done a factory reset as well but still the issue persists. I am feeling helpless with this phone and really disappointed with it.
Please help me in getting rid of this problem. Kindly post your suggestions to me at (This post has been edited to remove email address which isn't allowed over here, Please refer to forum guidelines in order to know whats acceptable over here)

I have the same problem with my Huawei P8 lite. I can't even download PDFs files on Google. Just bought this phone 2 weeks ago.:(

Error 500: General HTTP status code that means something has gone wrong on the web site's server
Error 927: Downloading apps due to data crash

Reset your device to factory settings.

Delete cache . If it does not work contact Huawei or the shop . You are still in guarantee
