Suggestion on this tablet !

Wanting to purchase a Ramos android tablet, I saw a Ramos W17 designed with a dual core 1.5GHz cpu and 1 GB ram, seems very powerful hardware. Compared with other tablets with the similar price, this one has a big advantage. But this tablet sucks on other component? I am worrying about it has a attractive cpu but jerry-built on other units. http://www.tinydeal.com/ramos-w17-pxr3qd-p-56396.html Is this worth to buy?

I used to have the Galaxy Tab 10.1 and loved it. But I sold it and bought a Transformer Prime last month, and it is AWESOME.
