Htc chacha wrong contacts appear on screen

I have my htc chacha for almost 8 months. Its has a few problems with the memory. The biggest problem now though that has been happening the last three days, is that when i get a call, on the screen it appears another contact name and number from the contact that is actually calling me. this happens with a few specific contacts . Any ideas? Thank u
