Hi,
My ChaCha was working fine when I first got it. I was able to set the ringer, message tone and Alarm to whatever sounds I wanted. Now however, it has stopped letting me change them. I can go into the settings and change the selected sounds as many times as I like, but it will continue to use the ones I selected when I first got the phone. I even attempted to delete one of the sounds to see what that'd do and now it's reverted to a default one and continues to be stuck on that. Any ideas on how to fix that, short of resetting the phone?
