HTC Sensation XE — anyone know if Jelly Bean will come to our great phone?

anyone know if JellyBean will come to our great phone? Looking at some of the devices that are listed as getting the Jelly Bean update our device is more than capable of running JB, but as yet no official word from HTC as to iff we are going to get it, i know that there are a few custom roms out but i cant seem to s-off my device as it has HBOOT 1.29, as such i can't flash with custom rom, i know that i could s-off via HTC-dev but as my phone is only 3 months old and has a 2yr warranty (via my provider), i don't want to use that method as it voids warranty, so please please can anyone confirm if we will get JB on the sensation XE?????
