Refund back to Paypal

Hi,

I got an androidpit account to purchase an app that eventually was not able to
do what it promised. After applying for a refund, it only placed the money
to the Android Pit account, how do I return it to my paypal account?

Is this service still maintained?

I can't even find a link to support.

With no response / support, I was forced to spend the money trapped in this app center
on one of the relatively useless apps that are available in the very limited list.

It's practically pointless to offer a refund if it is not returned to the true account ( not
here in this app center ), specially when there are very few options to spend on.
