Hi,
I am Noam. I am not a programmer and I intend to develop for the android market with a programmer. I need your advise:
I was curious about how do you make your App working with different Android version operation systems.
What is the older operation system you care about? Do you make different app versions for different OS?
And if I want to develop one version that works on android v2.3 and android v4 I must count on the v2.3 SDK and avoid the new features of V4?
If it is possible, less programmers mumbo-jumbo please
