My nephew changed the lock pattern on my tablet and has forgotten it. I am able to put it in safe mode but can't get into the recovery menu to factory reset it. I'm at my wits end, as there doesn't seem to be any info about my particular tablet online. I don't have my gmail account connected to my device. Any assistance is welcome.
