problem with Google play!

I've updated google store app but it doesn't work! it says: "Authentication is required. Sign into your google account"
I did and it still doesn't work

what can I do?
please help!

May be you have entered wrong mail id or password better try out in different ways.

Try this

Open Settings -> Manage apps -> look for Google Play store -> clear cache ->disable

or if this not helped, try wipe dalvik cash.
