Question regarding displaying a Web page using Webview

Hi,
I have an elementary question. I am planning to develop a simple
app that will take some user input and display a Web page using
Webview. I had read in one of the replies in stackoverflow that
displaying webpages using Webview is against Google's privacy policy.
Is this true? What kind of pages can one display and one cannot. For
e.g is it ok to display the contents of the Weather channel using an
app? Would this violate any privacy policy?
