Thought this is pretty cool. Let’s you connect your Android phone to a PC and see the webcam and audio as live stream. Great for spying 
and it's free. I have been using this app for a couple days now and really like it.
The app works in conjunction with a web application that is used to broadcast the webcam video and audio stream to the phone app.
