Newbie in develping android apps

Hi, my name is Ayu and now i'm working on my project to build a sound detection application.

I already success to extract the magnitude and frequency of sounds that i detect, and i would to matched it with magnitude and frequency of sound in my database. I want to use Weka Library to classify this sound, but i'm really confused where i should declare the training and data set and how to compile the library ? i already looking for the simple example how to use weka library on my eclipse and how to declare the attribute, training, and data set but i can found one that really can help me

can someone here give me the simple example to use weka with the condition that i explain above, or just share the link you thought can help me. i really appreciate your response to my question
