Hi guys,
Recently, i bought a new laptop battery from and the battery doesn't charge past 30% and actually the battery life is about 20-30 minutes. What the cuss!!!This happen spontaneously and when i try to recharge it, disappointed to find that the maximun percentage of charge that appears on screen is just 30%, then it can't be charged any further. Eventually, the computer just switches off instantly. The battery comes with a 2 year warranty but the shop is located in China, so i want to troubleshoot the problem all by myself due to the inconvenience.
Any help here will be greatly appreciated!! In addition, i have tried re-calibrating the battery but no help at all.
