Tabs not visible. Problem with Activity's? Seeking for advice

Hello,

I have one problem seeing my tabs. At the beggining I saw tabs but they were without content of activity. Now when I followed one tutotiral that my professor gave me I can't see tabs at all.
I must have missed something, but I can't figure out what is it exactly.
Can someone please check out my code and suggest me something?
