I recently purchased a galaxy note 2 from someone. We share service providers (USCellular) so I just changed my SIM from my S3 to the Note 2 and the phone/messaging does not work. Data is still able to be used though. Apparently the ESN (MEID) is bad and the service provider will not do anything to help me. Does anyone know what I can do and how to do it? Thank you!
