HELP!!!! My Galaxy Note 10.1 Has Some Vital Real Issus

Hi,
i bought a galaxy note 10.1 by a loan from a bank for designing.
i wanted ubuntu on it so first in rooted it.
So Far So Good
without backing up a nandroid i flashed a wrong custom rom on it and bricked it
i searched and found a stock rom flashed it and solved the bricking but although it works, it has some big issues:
1.SIM card doesn't work
2.it turns off after unplugging from my laptop or pulling the power plug
3.almost all of other custom roms or stock roms brick it again
4.s-pen settings are much less than before
5.factory mode is on
6.and some other minor issues

is there any rom that would solve these
my binary count is 9
if anyone has a rooted galaxy note pls note.
i have no idea how to solve this problem and for sure i can't replace my tablet
