SK Telecom in South Korea is beginning to launch LTE-Advanced which is supposedly increasingly faster than current LTE broadband speeds. I got to attend their showcase and the speed is significantly faster at 150mbps (3x the speed of 4G LTE.) Pretty amazing since LTE already seems really fast, especially here in Seoul. Interesting to see how other telecoms will be adapting.
I was back in LA 2 weeks ago, and it felt like I was in mid-evil times - Korea's broadband speeds are pretty freaking amazing.
