My mobile phone is my lifeline / contact to the outside world.

During the last 3 days, I noticed when I try to call any of my contacts (thru my service provider):
- I can see it ringing, but won't let me activate the "Speaker" option'
- then after a few seconds, my call is put on hold and a message appears saying "Conditional call forward activated"
- it stays on hold until I end the call.

The same happens when I receive calls (thru my provider), when I swipe to answer, it goes on "hold' and the same message appears....:(

Please note that it looks like I can receive calls but using Viber only.

What's wrong? How can I activate my calls from my phone provider please?

i think that you can have a whole check for your phone ,in the past, if m,y phone has similar problem ,it means that i need to change to a new one ~

The most likely problem is an issue with your call forwarding settings. Go into the phone dialler and find your options. Look for call forwarding and see if anything has been activated. That should fix the problem, but if not get back to me here! You could also check your Call Rejection settings.
