Odys NEO X8 doesn't appear in Eclipse

Hi

I would like to debug my program on an real device, but
it doesn't appear in Eclipse

Any help?

It doesn't work anyway -
now I have added the driver for adb (android Composite Interface) but it don't appear as a device? :(
