Not really, I only ever download apps from the Play Store anyway, and I'm pretty hardcore when it comes to my permissions, so I'm pretty sure I'm ok. Plus, you gotta have a bit of a fatalistic sense of humor with this stuff. If it happens, it happens. And the fixes are all out there, slowly being delivered to device owners...
