sending and receiving messages

Im not sure if I have my phone set up properly but when I receive pxt messages the pic doesnt show right away, it is a message with the size of the pxt and then a download button. Can anyone help me in setting my phone properly please. Also sending and the other person isnt receiving from me yet can receive from other people.....

I have a similar problem, can receive text and mms messages able to see photos, but when I send text message no problem, however with sending pictures shows on my phone they were sent but the recipient never receives them, have tried many apps none seem to work. On Sprint network same as wife and daughter and they have same phones and carrier, any ideas?
