this is my second trio tablet why can't I get candy crush saga I did on the first one and its the same one?

I have bought the same trio tablet had candy crush the first time and my tablet crashed I took it bk and got the same one again got home downloaded the pit and tried to download candy crush again and denied

It seems strange that you have been installed that same application once on the device. Don't know if I seem stupid asking this have you done any rooting or upgrade process on the device??? If yes, are you that it is not effecting the application being installed?
