Hi, I am looking for a simple on and off for wifi, bluetooth and mobile data for a samsung galaxy s4 mini i9195 android 4.2.2

Can anyone help? or show me how to make a simple app for this?

I am listing two good ones, just pick one of your choice:- "WiFi OnOff" & "Smart WiFi Toggler". I use those ones with my device.
