Hi All
I am looking for an which which allows me to create forms and these forms then also allow easy uploading of photos. Currently I am using a form created on a pc in Excel. The problems is that it is not simple to fill in the forms and upload photos. The form needs to be a simple tick box form with a place for notes. There will also be a place where photos need to be uploaded to. It needs to be a simple click of a button which will then resize the photos and insert it into the form without it requiring any further manipulation.
Is there an app that provides these kinds of function.
