I took three pictures yesterday and my Picture Gallery suddenly stopped. I can't expand any of my pictures or do anything from the picture gallery. How can I solve this problem

Which Android device you are having and which model is that? You may somehow try the soft reset on your device. That's a factory reset from your setting menu. I think it would work.

I am using the Samsung S 3. Would I loose any of my information on the phone

No, wouldn't lose info with just a reset of your settings.
Btw, just in case... you tried restarting the phone, I assume?
