How or where we the owners of the Galaxy S2 can complaint ( and to whom) in the news of no more updates in the o/s of the devise. I believe that is not right from Samsung to cancel the updates since they know 99% of the customers buy they phones on a 3 years contracts from the provider. Any input in this?

Hi Hector,

Well a few weeks ago, there was a rumor that the Galaxy S2 wouldn't be getting the Andorid 4.2 Jelly Bean update, however Samsung still hasn't confirmed this as of yet. There might still be a glimmer of hope, according to Samsung Mobile, in that the company is still considering upgrading some Samsung devices to Android 4.2 JB and that specific update plans will be communicated separately. Even if an update were to be available, it wouldn't come to folk in the US for a few months, which is also a major bummer. Though I hope for the best, I wouldn't get my hopes up too high! :(
