With the advancement of the technology and Devices android is raising its level more and more. Google glass, Galaxy gear are the commonest category for wearable android apps. We develop extra-ordinary apps for such gadgets.

Yes definitely they are. Although it depends on the apps being developed for. If they are specifically build for Iphone or Windows they won't be working on Android.

Yes, Android apps are supportive for smartphones. Actually it depends on the apps that on which platform they are being developed. If they have specifically build for iPhone or Windows then they will not work on Android.
