I just updated my Galaxy S 3 to 4.3 yesterday. Battery life seems to be suffering and every time I download/update any apps, I also receive notification for "download complete" on a series of wallpaper/photos that have been on my phone for several months. It's the same photos every time. Is anybody else having this problem?
