Samsung Galaxy S4 mini — fail to add music

Hi, I have a Galaxy S4 mini, and put a ton of music on it. Constantly listening to music never a problem thanks to mpj extra battery, but I have a problem when last week I put some more music on it. My computer took long time to detect it was connected and show the files. When I pasted songs, it said that my phone had been disconnected. Any idea how to fix it? Thank you!

Hi,
Basic ideas but we never know...
-try from another computer
-try with another cable
-try to restart your s4 mini

It sounds to me like the cable connection was marginal at one end or the other. It might help to put a tiny tiny amount of dielectric grease on the connection parts, not the electrical connection parts. This will enable the connectors to slide together more easily.

Or, like Vince says above, try a different USB port on the computer, different cable, etc.
