I have a Galaxy S4, rooted. And I really like the softkeys that the nexus has. Is there a way I can get them (without flashing anything) Like maybe an app or something? Thanks in advance.

You can use an app like softkey enabler, or a simpler way would be to edit your build.prop (softkeys are built in to all 4.x.x roms, touchwiz disables them) using a file explorer. Go to system/build.prop and copy/paste the following;
qemu.hw.mainkeys=0

and they'll appear after a reboot.

You can edit the build prop if you're on 4.1.x, but Samsung borked their updates after that. You'd need to decompile/edit/recompile your firmware...
