I'm trying to develop an Android application which uses the camera.
Now, I have a preview of the camera and I can save the picture.
But, in my application, I would like to add effects in real time (if it is possible) like a grayscale preview. What solution could I use?
I saw that OpenCV can be used, but I prefer to do it by myself to train and also because the user need to install OpenCV Manager (I hate when I have to install another application on my phone when I just installed one).
Is there a simple way to access the data of the camera and modify the preview?
Maybe by using OpenGL ES? I didn't find a solution, yet.
Thank you for suggesting me solutions.
