I've been hearing a lot of rumors that Samsung will update Tab2 devices to have a break with KitKat. Is that true any moderators or AndroidPit members can confirm this ???

Hey John,

I was reading on the web that there was indeed some leaked information about the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 and Tab 2 series to get Andorid 4.4 KitKat when an internal Samsung Knox document was leaked. It don't know how much I would believe this, but it could be true. Many higher end devices still don't have KitKat, so you might have to wait a while.

If your device is rooted, you could install a custom ROM to get it on your tablet. Either with CyanogenMod 11 or OmniROM. Just make sure you are using the appropriate firmware for your device, if you choose to do this, as well follow each step carefully.
