i could not tell you much as you haven't mentioned your budget !! But if you still ask what would be the best device according to you then i will go forward with nexus 5.

Samsung, sony or huaweii. They make decent low range devices. The best is to go for a mid range though.

If you want something cheap, I would get either a Moto G or a Nexus 5! Both are very good --- Otherwise you could try and get hold of a Nexus 4, still really good and a little bit cheaper! The Moto G is as cheap as phones like this come though, I think! Unless you want to get a cheap ripoff of the gs3 or gs4 etc.... some of them work quite well!

moto g if your budget is lower than 200,would be the best choice

Another vote goes to Nexus 5, but LG G3 is also a great alternative. :)
