Samsung Galaxy S3 — My S3 became freeze after android software upgrade

Hi,

Please help me as my S3 became freeze after the android software upgrade and its only appeared with Samsung logo after reboot...I had read from one forum that tell to press up sound button + power and home button in the same time to reboot again but it also fail..I have try to re-factory the system but it also same...Please help me...

Please try to look through the forum on how to do a reset of you'r device.
There is really a lot of reading material on how to do it.

Other than that. My suggestion is that you need to flash the official 4.3 samsung rom again.
That can be done, by downloading a program called Odin, and downloading the official rom at sammobile website.
Do a little googling around, and watch some videoes on youtube too.
