gallery closing every time I try to text or email a picture

Received the latest software update that everyone is having issues with and now I cannot text or email pictures from my gallery. Every time I try it gives the message "unfortunately, gallery has stopped" and then it closes. It will let me upload to facebook but that's it. This is the only problem that I have right now since the update. Any ideas on how to fix this glitch? Thanks...

Hi!

You could try going to the settings and then application manager, then Gallery. Clear the cache, disable and then enable.

I went to the application manager per your suggestion but I couldn't find the gallery. It only showed all the apps that have been downloaded. Am I in the wrong folder?

You should have a tab in the app settings for 'all apps', which shows pre-installed rather than downloaded apps. It should be there.
