Samsung Galaxy S3 — Update

Tried to updated to the latest Android 4.4.2 and now my phone doesn't want to come on, it just freezes on the Samsung welcome screen. I have pulled out the battery, even the memory card, the sim card. I held down the reset button, i held down all the buttons. Don't know what else the try.
Can anyone help me?

Hi Krissy. If you tell us how you updated we may be able to help. Plus is your phone stock, or did you root/unlock it or have a custom recovery installed?

Hi put phone in recovery mode and wipe cache first hold vol up home and power buttons together when turning phone on use vol buttons to scroll to wipe cache then poewer button to confirm
