Hello,
i have two short questions
1. Can an app owner implement in app purchase that thransfer payment to an account that are not owned by the app owner?
I would like to create an api service that can be used by many different apps, finally the app user should be able to buy in app items. Therefore the in app purchase ammount should be transfered to the service plattform account instead of the app owners account.
2. Can i send money to the app users play store account?
