Samsung Galaxy S3 — my samsung galaxy s3 is not working properly after (hanging) in restore factory settings

I have recently Factory resent my S3 as it was getting hang spaciously the phone book. However, the factory reset situation has gone worst as it is getting hanged in every two minutes.

Please help to to resolve this problem as I am not able to use my phone.

Hi Amit,

Give this a try and let us know how to goes:

1. Install "dummy file generator" on google play store
2. open the app
3. go on "internal memory" tab
4. select "generate FULL" generate dummy files until storage is full
5. ** please note: your phone will hang and freeze a couple of times. (you can pull out the battery again)**
6. keep on doing this until ur memory is full
7. then select "delete" delete all dummy files.

If that did not work, you can also try to rename your wifi name and change the encryption method to WPA2
  • Settings > More Settings > Tethering and portable hotspot > Portable Wi-FI hotspot > Configure > Edit > Save

it did not work in fact now my phone is hangging in every 5 minutes....please help me resolve this prob
