Hi Taylor, I would love to recommend you this amazing rooting site, rooting-android.com they helped me a lot rooting my zeki.. cause I have tried rooting it myself with almost all software but failed and reached to the point of bricking it.. but there, really, their experts brought back to life my device and rooted it successfully.. and the result is very astonishing.. hope my reply counts..
