Micro Controller Ran From Andriod

Hello all :)

I was hoping to find some help with a project I am on. I need to build an Android Rat, one that will give me sound/Video and allow me to pass commands down to an Arduino (micro controller). The Arduino will be running 2 servo's and the whole set up will be controlled by my home computer, so I basically just need the Cell phone acting as a router...

If anybody could point me in the right direction I would be grateful.

Okay, let me clear this I don't know what you are trying to do there but as you said that you want to do..... in which cellphone act as router, so based on that I am suggesting you to switch on the tethering of your device ! :wacko:
